Ingridients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 ounces calloumi, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and top with calloumi and spinach leaves.
- Add another tortilla on top and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the calloumi is melted.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas, calloumi, and spinach.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
