Ingridients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, natural yoghurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or bowls with lids.
- Top each jar with 1/2 cup of mixed berries.
- Cover the jars or bowls with lids and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
- In the morning, remove the lids and give each jar or bowl a stir.
- Serve cold, or warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute if desired. Enjoy your healthy and delicious breakfast!
