Ingridients
- 1 cup Greek style yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and oregano)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the Greek style yoghurt, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
