Ingridients
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces calloumi, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
