Ingridients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 4 ounces calloumi, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unfold the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread the pesto over the pastry.
- Arrange the tomato slices and calloumi slices on top of the pesto.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
